I am a Counsellor in private Practice in Sutton, Surrey . My Practice in Surrey is within easy reach by local bus routes and Sutton Train Station, on street parking is available outside the office. I have been practicing in this field for many years in various settings including working in a women's refuge with children and adult survivors of domestic abuse, young people with substance abuse issues and parents who are finding their childrens behaviour challenging. I have worked successfully helping people manage depression and anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, living with and after domestic abuse, bereavement and loss. People want and need to be heard. Sometimes life events can overwhelm us and we can feel stuck and unable to find the way forward.
